ANSWER FROM Quiet Lion: You will hit bigger scores, but they won't come as often.
ANSWER FROM Quiet Lion: In cash games if you are a winning player you can win much more consistently. So it's a matter of how big your bankroll is and how much the long losing streaks in tournament play weigh on you.

ANSWER FROM Quiet Lion: Either you're running bad or the opponents are better.

ANSWER FROM Quiet Lion: I have to think that's just bad luck. The tournament table assignments are completely random.

ANSWER FROM Quiet Lion: You're more likely to cash in a sit and go, but of course that's balanced by the fact that you won't win as much.
ANSWER FROM Quiet Lion: I like to tell people to play sit and goes with 5% of their online bankroll. That way if you are a winning player it's unlikely you'll go broke before you start winning.

ANSWER FROM Quiet Lion: Ah...you want to set up you favorites tab to show you the daily dollar. Click on Tournaments, then Browse, then Cash, then Hold'em, then the wrench next to Custom. In the Custom box click on $1 then OK. Then click Add to Favorites. That should do it.

ANSWER FROM Quiet Lion: I play most days. If your opponenet is too aggressive you punish him by keeping the pot small unless you have a big hand. If he's smart you will need to balance that with some bluffs. Of couse, in that case you should probably find a weaker opponent. :)
